    · Fully equipped with imported automation peripherals—robotic arms, dehumidifying dryers, precision mold temperature controllers, and centralized material handling systems—for efficient, stable, and flexible production;

    · 51 advanced mold-making machines, including Sodick wire-cut EDM, Makino high-speed CNC centers, GF AgieCharmilles EDM machines, and Tsugami precision lathes;

    · In-house lab equipped with Zeiss, Hexagon, and Wenzel CMMs, 2.5D vision systems, salt spray testers, thermal shock chambers, universal material testers, vibration test benches, and dedicated acoustic testing rooms;

    · Lab certified under ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System, ensuring strict confidentiality of customer drawings, process data, and intellectual property.

    · Expertise in complex mold structures including multi-cavity molds, hot runner systems, sliders/lifters, Insert Molding, and overmolding;

    · Successfully mass-produced specialty molds such as high-gloss non-painted molds, in-mold magnetization molds, and high-dynamic-balance water pump impeller molds;

    · Machining accuracy up to ±0.002mm, meeting stringent tolerances for automotive electronics, sensors, and optical components;

     · Implementation of Decoupled Molding methodology, with precise control over fill, pack, cool, and metering phases;

     · Use of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to rapidly identify optimal process windows, achieving CPK ≥ 1.67 for critical characteristics;

     · All process engineers are professionally trained in scientific molding and capable of independently developing complex molding processes;

     · Particularly suited for high-demand applications such as electric water pump impellers, automotive connectors, and sensor housings requiring strict control over dynamic balance, sealing integrity, and dimensional stability.

6. Precision CNC Machining Support

    · The company is equipped with multiple CNC machines including Japan’s Brother and Okuma models, with a positioning accuracy of up to 0.004mm;1

    · Supports the production of precision machined components in addition to injection-molded parts;

    · Leading Project: The 33cc~50cc & 800V high-voltage products were developed in October 2023 and officially launched into SOP (Start of Production) in December 2024.
